2. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns

- Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return is made within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned:
- Fresh food (fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy)

- Bakery products
- Opened or partially used grocery items

- Clearance or final-sale items
Exchange Only
If a product is defective, damaged, or expired at purchase time, we will offer an exchange for the same product. Please bring the product and receipt to the store for inspection.

Refunds are processed in limited situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Order cancelled because product became unavailable after purchase
- Other cases approved by management
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel orders before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Availability depends on stock — if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will reach out with replacement options or a refund.
